We produce one of the world's biggest and best-loved celebrations for the lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender (LGBT) community in one of the world's hottest destinations, Miami Beach, Florida. Over 10,000 guests from around the world attend our annual six-day extravaganza featuring the most spectacular venues, the most unforgettable parties and receptions and the best international DJ talent. Launched in 1994 as a one-time charity dance event on the sands of beautiful South Beach, Winter Party Festival has evolved into a week-long series of events benefiting the LGBT community nationally and locally. A portion of the net proceeds of WPF support the National Gay and Lesbian Task Force's efforts to take action, build power and create change for LGBT people. The majority of the proceeds are donated to local service organizations through a grant-making process administered by The Miami Foundation.

Feed and Clothe Volunteers for Winter Party Festival

Winter Party Festival is a week-long series of events benefiting the LGBT community nationally and locally. A portion of the net proceeds of WPF supports the National Gay and Lesbian Task Force’s efforts to take action, build power and create change for LGBT people. The majority of the proceeds are donated to local service organizations through a grant-making process administered by The Miami Foundation. Over the past eight years, nearly $1.4 million has been re-granted to more than two dozen organizations doing such crucial work as helping at-risk youth, providing family counseling, providing education on HIV and other health issues and supporting the arts.

The production of Winter Party Festival is almost 100% volunteer-driven. During the week of the Festival, it requires over 450 volunteers, many working multiple shifts. Every volunteer needs a volunteer t-shirt, and most shifts are long enough that the volunteers need to be fed. You can make a difference and support our fundraising efforts by sponsoring one or more volunteers.

$15 donation: sponsors one volunteer with a meal and a volunteer t-shirt

· $30 donation: sponsors two volunteers with meals and a volunteer t-shirt for each

· $45 donation: sponsors three volunteers meals and a volunteer t-shirt for each

· $60 donation: sponsors four volunteers with meals and a volunteer t-shirt for each

· $75 donation: sponsors five volunteers with meals and a volunteer t-shirt for each

$100 donation: sponsor seven volunteers with meals and a volunteer t-shirt for each

Winners of tickets will be notified via email by March 1st, 2013
